The present invention discloses a method for preparing microsphere-foamed nylon material. It utilizes anionic polymerization of caprolactam to produce MC nylon blended with microsphere foaming agent. This MC nylon is further crushed and pelletized into nylon microsphere foaming masterbatch. This masterbatch is then uniformly mixed with nylon and additives using a high-speed mixer, fed into a twin-screw extruder for co-extrusion and pelletization, Finally, the mixture is injection molded in an injection molding machine to produce microsphere-foamed nylon material. This method resolves the mismatch between the foaming temperature range of expandable microsphere foaming agents and the processing temperature range of nylon materials. It also addresses the issue of uneven dispersion of microsphere foaming agents by employing a masterbatch pre-dispersion approach.
