The invention feeds green reclaimed rubber into a second twin-screw extruder via a conveying device, adds a material obtained by stirring and mixing a lignin composition into the mixing section of the extruder through a side feeding device, controls the extruder temperature at 100℃–155℃ for reaction for 3–5 minutes, feeds the material into a third single-screw extruder, controls the screw extruder temperature at 70℃–85℃, adds zinc oxide, stearic acid and antioxidant into the extruder through a feeding device, mixes for 2–4 minutes and discharges, feeds into a first internal mixer, adds sulfur and accelerator, mixes to 80–100℃ and discharges, and sheets out on an open mill and cools and stacks. The invention uses biomass as a waste rubber reclamation auxiliary to prepare green reclaimed rubber. Lignin partially replaces white carbon black as a rubber reinforcing agent. The prepared tire sidewall compound is green and environmentally friendly, has low odor, low energy consumption and little environmental pollution.
