The present invention provides a metal-free spray-coated ABS material with low migration and resistance to humid heat aging, along with its preparation method. The material comprises the following components by weight: 100 parts ABS resin, 0.1–1.5 parts antioxidant, 0.1–1 part lubricant, 0.1–0.5 parts weathering agent, 0.1–2 parts metal powder, and 1–10 parts pigment. The ABS resin, antioxidant, lubricant, metal powder, and pigment are uniformly blended in a high-speed mixer based on weight parts. The blended material is then fed into a twin-screw extruder for melt blending and extrusion. Finally, the material undergoes pelletization and drying to obtain the product. This moisture-heat-resistant, low-migration metal-effect ABS material mimics the appearance of metal spraying while exhibiting exceptional resistance to moisture-heat aging. It significantly reduces migration during practical applications. The formulation features simple components and low process requirements, offering favorable economic benefits.
