The present invention discloses a method for preparing masterbatch for chemical fibers and the resulting product. The preparation method comprises: heating 60 parts by weight of ester above its melting point, adding 20 to 40 parts by weight of pigment, and stirring; subjecting the mixture to ultrasonic heating to obtain an ester dispersion of the pigment; adding 40 to 100 parts by weight of synthetic fiber powder to 20 to 40 parts by weight of the pigment ester dispersion, stirring and cooling to obtain a mixed material; introducing the mixed material into a mixer and stirring to produce dispersed particles; feeding the dispersed particles into a twin-screw extruder for extrusion and pelletization to yield synthetic fiber color masterbatch. This invention employs ester as the pigment dispersion medium. Through preheating, stirring, and ultrasonic treatment, the pigment achieves complete dispersion within the ester. Utilizing powder rather than conventional flakes or pellets as the substrate provides a larger specific surface area. This enables the cooled pigment ester to uniformly coat the powder surface, ensuring pigment homogeneity within the masterbatch and meeting colorfastness requirements for high-speed spinning.
