It also discloses a method for preparing the polymeric pre-applied waterproofing membrane, comprising the following steps: Step 1: Homogeneously blend HDPE resin, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, whiskers, compatibilizer, lubricant, and macromolecular antioxidant masterbatch in a high-speed mixer. Then melt-extrude and pelletize the mixture using a twin-screw extruder to obtain modified thermoplastic polyolefin material. The heat-resistant, oxygen-aging-resistant waterproof layer of the present invention incorporates trace amounts of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and whisker-like crystals. This effectively enhances the molecular chain entanglement density, crystallinity, oxygen barrier capability, and creep resistance of the waterproof layer. The preparation of this heat-resistant, oxygen-aging-resistant waterproof layer combines melt blending, extrusion, and multi-layer co-extrusion processes, effectively improving its thermal deformation resistance and creep resistance.
