A Short-Process Fully Recycled Foam Material Spinning Process

The present invention discloses a short-process fully recycled foam material spinning process within the field of fiber preparation technology. It addresses the issues of multiple steps, poor fabric performance, and suboptimal dyeing results in existing techniques. The process involves adding polyester pellets, colored foam material, and color masterbatch into a mixing chamber. After blending and stirring, the mixture is conveyed to a twin-screw extruder, where it undergoes vacuum melting. extruding filaments, wrapping spandex fibers via a magnetohydrodynamic device, assembling mixed filaments into roving to form primary fibers, followed by drawing and crimping processes to achieve short-process fully recycled spinning. This invention replaces single-screw spinning with a twin-screw extruder, eliminating the drum process in traditional spinning. This significantly shortens the production flow, stably intertwines fibers of different deniers (polyester and spandex), and utilizes spandex's superior elasticity to induce a three-dimensional crimp effect in polyester, enhancing fabric performance. It also uniformly blends foam material and color masterbatch, ensuring even distribution of the masterbatch throughout the blended fibers to improve dyeing efficiency.
