A Preparation Method for Odorless, Environmentally Friendly Liquid Recycled Rubber

This invention pertains to a method for preparing odorless, environmentally friendly liquid recycled rubber within the field of waste rubber recycling.

The preparation method utilizes a tandem screw extruder system. Waste rubber powder and softener are added in proportion to the first low-shear co-rotating twin-screw extruder for preheating and mixing.

The mixture then passes through a continuous, sealed, temperature-controlled conveying device into the second high-shear co-rotating twin-screw extruder to break the three-dimensional cross-linked network of the waste rubber.

The mixture is then fed into a third counter-rotating twin-screw extruder for cooling and extrusion to produce liquid recycled rubber.

This material undergoes molding and cooling processes to yield odorless, environmentally friendly liquid recycled rubber.

Through eco-friendly formulations, equipment design, and process optimization, the odor of the liquid recycled rubber is minimized. The entire preparation process is conducted under sealed, oxygen-free conditions.

The resulting liquid recycled rubber exhibits excellent properties and offers advantages including safe, simple, continuous operation, energy efficiency, and environmental friendliness.
