The preparation method comprises the following steps: immersing polypropylene injection molding material in a silane coupling agent solution, stirring to modify it, and obtaining a first component; In polyester bottle flakes, add ethylene glycol and trimer monomers for alcoholysis, then add 5-(2-pyridyl)isophthalic acid, isophthalic acid, and nicotinic acid metal salts for reaction to obtain a second component;

The preparation method of the present invention recovers polypropylene injection molding waste and polyester bottle flakes, and optimizes the process to reduce the interfacial bonding force between polyester fibers and the polypropylene matrix.

The resulting fiber-reinforced polypropylene composite exhibits superior mechanical properties.
