By virtue of kneading and extrusion of twin screws, synergistic plastic deformation occurs between magnetic powders; through the die with calendering and slitting effects, anisotropic extruded magnetic strips with surface magnetic strength greater than 900 Gs can be prepared, realizing multi-product output in one mold.
