The present invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant recycled plastic pellet and a production process thereof, belonging to the technical field of polymer materials, comprising the following raw materials: waste PVC pellets, chlorinated polyethylene pellets, modified waste epoxy resin powder, heat stabilizer, calcium stearate, plasticizer, lubricant and antioxidant. The recycled plastic pellet is prepared by the following steps: S1, adding all raw materials into a high-speed mixer and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixture; S2, adding the mixture into a twin-screw extruder, melt-blending, extruding and pelletizing the mixture at a rotation speed of 70–80 rpm and a temperature of 165–185℃ to obtain high-temperature-resistant recycled plastic pellets. Using waste PVC pellets as the base material and cooperating with modified waste epoxy resin powder, heat stabilizer and calcium stearate, the recycled plastic pellets prepared by the present invention have not only excellent heat resistance but also outstanding mechanical properties.
