The preparation method comprises: mixing the weighed PPS resin and modified toughening agent to obtain a premix; adding modified magnesium hydroxide, lubricant, and carbon black to the premix and mixing to obtain a mixture; discharging the mixture from the main feed loss-in-weight feeder and discharging the short glass fibers from the side feed loss-in-weight feeder; The short glass fibers and mixture are fed into a twin-screw extruder for high-temperature melt extrusion, cooled in a water bath, and pelletized using a pelletizer to produce polysulfone composite pellets. The high-CTI polysulfone composite material of the present invention exhibits excellent resistance to tracking and leakage, with a CTI value as high as 600V.
