This invention pertains to the field of high-performance fiber processing, providing a method for continuous rapid degassing of high-viscosity spinning fluids. The high-viscosity fluid is filtered and conveyed to a twin-screw extruder, then transported to a pressurized screen plate installed at the extruder's discharge port. Under the forced conveying action of the screw, the fluid is extruded from the pressurized screen plate into the vacuum chamber as a high-pressure solution stream. The abrupt pressure change from high pressure to vacuum causes bubbles to rapidly escape from within the solution stream and be carried away by the vacuum system, completing the degassing process. The degassed high-viscosity spinning fluid is then delivered to subsequent spinning stages via a screw discharge device. This achieves continuous and rapid degassing of high-viscosity spinning fluids, high efficiency, and continuous operation. Moreover, degassing the high-viscosity spinning fluid as a solution stream significantly increases its surface area. The abrupt pressure change from high pressure to vacuum forces bubbles to actively escape, yielding excellent degassing results. This method is particularly suitable for continuous degassing of high-viscosity spinning fluids.
