The masterbatch contains tourmaline masterbatch with negative ion release function and long-carbon-chain antibacterial agent, and the antibacterial agent and tourmaline masterbatch are combined through chemical interaction, so that the antibacterial agent and tourmaline masterbatch are not easy to leach out. Therefore, the polyamide fiber masterbatch of the present invention has long-lasting and high-efficiency functions of negative ion release, space environment purification and antibacterial activity.
