The invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article comprising the same. More specifically, the invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article comprising the thermoplastic resin composition, wherein the thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a base resin and 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a matting agent with a refractive index of 1.46 to 1.53. The base resin comprises an acrylate-aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound graft copolymer. The thermoplastic resin composition satisfies the following formulas 1 and 2: [Formula 1] G ≤ 20, where G represents the glossiness of a 0.15T-thick sheet measured at 60° by a gloss meter. [Formula 2] Hz < Tt, where Hz and Tt represent the haze (%) and total light transmittance (%) of the 0.15T-thick sheet, respectively. According to the invention, a matte thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article comprising the same can be provided. The thermoplastic resin composition has mechanical properties, weather resistance, and processability equal to or superior to those of conventional ASA resins, exhibits excellent display readability, and can be injected or extruded using a common mold or a common T-die extruder without a separate etched mold.
