The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing polysulfone composite pellets containing conductive materials, employing: the addition of antioxidants, polymethyl methacrylate elastomer micropowder (with particle size of 0.1-0.2mm), silicon carbide short fiber conductive materials, and other fillers to a non-linear polysulfone resin, followed by thorough mixing in a high-speed mixer until uniform. The resulting PPS resin premix is then blended with glass fibers treated using the surface conditioner β-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)ethyltrimethoxysilane (A-168). This mixture is fed into a twin-screw extruder for compounding, extrusion molding, cooling, and pelletizing to form the final composite pellets. The composite pellets produced by this method exhibit high thermal deformation stability and tensile strength, with low metal corrosion rates. They find broad application in electronics, electrical appliances, machinery, chemical engineering, petroleum, military, and aerospace sectors.
