After thorough mixing, the blend undergoes 3-4 extrusion cycles through a twin-screw extruder to form pellets, yielding the blended anti-fouling composite material. This material is then extruded into filaments. and wound to form anti-fouling monofilament bundles. These bundles were then twisted into Z-twist anti-fouling netting yarn. Using a single-hook netting machine, the yarn was woven into netting sheets. After setting and post-treatment, a novel anti-fouling net for marine aquaculture facilities was obtained.
