The thermally conductive filler masterbatch comprises the following components: graphene, aluminum oxide, high-density polyethylene, coupling agent, dispersant, and antioxidant. The polypropylene composite material comprises the following components: polypropylene, toughening agent, compatibilizer, thermally conductive filler masterbatch, and antioxidant. The preparation method of the present invention comprises the following steps: first preparing the thermally conductive filler masterbatch using an internal mixer, then preparing the polypropylene composite material using a twin-screw extruder. The present invention can reduce the agglomeration of thermally conductive fillers during processing, improve the dispersion of thermally conductive fillers in the resin, and produce a polypropylene composite material with excellent thermal conductivity and mechanical properties that meets the extrusion thermoforming processing requirements of downstream customers.
