The present invention discloses a fully biodegradable e-cigarette cartridge shell material and its preparation method. It is formulated by blending PBS, PLA, a compatibilizer, a crosslinking agent, a transparency enhancer, an antioxidant, and EBS, followed by twin-screw extrusion processing. This invention employs a combined application of compatibilizer and crosslinking agent. This approach enhances compatibility while simultaneously facilitating crosslinking, thereby improving mechanical properties and strength. It enables PBS and PLA components to melt and form an alloy. The use of sodium sorbate as a transparency enhancer increases material transparency, allowing observation of e-liquid consumption. This material meets the hardness, temperature resistance, and transparency requirements for pod cartridge materials while being fully biodegradable, eliminating environmental pollution, reducing carbon emissions, and complying with national food safety standards.
