The present invention discloses an artificial stone material and its preparation method. This invention utilizes natural ore and waste concrete blocks as primary raw materials. After grinding and mixing, these materials are combined with resin, hard filler, curing agent, and pigment in specific proportions. The mixture undergoes ultrasonic agitation and microwave baking, The mixture is then fed into a twin-screw extruder for melt extrusion. Through mold extrusion molding, a plate-like structure with multiple parallel channels is formed. After air-cooling and cutting, semi-finished stone products are obtained. These undergo microwave drying followed by natural cooling to room temperature for 2–3 days of curing. Finally, surface polishing completes the artificial stone product. This invention fully utilizes waste rock from mineral extraction and construction debris, transforming waste into valuable resources and enhancing resource utilization efficiency. Furthermore, blending ground mineral particles and concrete particles with hard fillers at specific ratios significantly increases product strength. Additionally, this invention substantially reduces overall weight and raw material costs.
