The present invention discloses a high-tear-resistance matte TPU material with pearlescent luster and a preparation method thereof. In parts by mass, the raw materials of the high-tear-resistance matte TPU material comprise: 10–60 parts of polyether diol, 10–70 parts of polyester diol, 15–60 parts of diisocyanate, 2–15 parts of a diol chain extender, and 0.2–5 parts of a polyol crosslinking agent with a functionality of three or more. The number-average molecular weight of the polyether diol is 1800–4000 g/mol; the number-average molecular weight of the polyester diol is 500–1500 g/mol. Based on 100% of the total mass of the polyether diol and polyester diol, the mass percentage of the polyether diol is 30%–70%. The preparation method comprises: feeding a polyether polyol or a premix of an auxiliary agent and a polyether polyol, polyester diol, diisocyanate, diol chain extender and polyol crosslinking agent with a functionality of three or more from a main feeding port of a twin-screw extruder, and performing reactive extrusion by the twin-screw extruder to obtain the high-tear-resistance matte TPU material.
