The present invention melt-blends the modified styrene elastomer and petroleum resin in a twin-screw extruder and extrudes for pelletization to obtain the stain-resistant modified styrene elastomer composite for artificial leather. The composite has excellent stain resistance and oil resistance, and can expand the application of artificial leather in the fields of doors and windows, automobiles, home appliances, machinery and the like.
