According to parts by weight, 100 parts of polyethylene, 20–30 parts of filler, 4–9 parts of auxiliary, 0.8–1.5 parts of light stabilizer, 0.8–1.5 parts of antioxidant, 0.5–1 part of lubricant and 0.02–0.05 parts of initiator are mixed uniformly, kneaded and pulverized in a high-speed kneader, and then extruded and granulated via a twin-screw extruder to obtain the plastic masterbatch. The auxiliary in the invention contains a quaternary ammonium salt structure with a long carbon chain (14 carbons), and chemical interactions exist between polyethylene and the auxiliary as well as between the auxiliary and the filler. Therefore, a hybrid crosslinked network structure is formed among polyethylene, the auxiliary and the filler, so that the filler and the auxiliary can be highly dispersed and stably present in the plastic masterbatch to exert their effects fully. Coupled with the synergistic effect of other raw materials, the plastic masterbatch of the invention has excellent and stable antistatic, antibacterial, weather-resistant and wear-resistant properties.
