After thorough mixing, the material reaches a molten state at the melting point of the nylon binder, enabling extrusion molding that meets 3D printing requirements. The mixed powder is extruded into filament by a twin-screw extruder, connected to the printer nozzle for extrusion molding. Additionally, magnetic powder and nylon powder are dynamically added according to the magnetic field requirements of the gradient magnet. Finally, 3D printing parameters are adjusted to complete the layer-by-layer printing of the gradient magnet.
