The invention relates to a waste plastic micro-modified nanocomposite and its preparation method, comprising: modifying nano-titanium dioxide with a monoamine monomer as a stabilizer to obtain modified nano-titanium dioxide; using boron nitride quantum dots and nano-silica to assist in modifying the nano-titanium dioxide through ultrasonic treatment in a coupling agent followed by impregnation and mechanical stirring to obtain a novel plastic modification additive; mixing the novel plastic modification additive, waste plastic, and virgin material, then melt-extruding them through a twin-screw extruder to produce the waste plastic micro-modified nanocomposite. This invention employs a monoamine monomer to achieve stable dispersion of modified nano-titanium dioxide. Boron nitride quantum dots fill the interstitial spaces between nano-titanium dioxide molecules at the microscopic level, while the addition of porous nano-silica provides abundant attachment sites for the former. Finally, through twin-screw extrusion pelletization, the resulting composite material exhibits excellent mechanical properties, outstanding oxidation resistance, and favorable appearance and color.
