This invention relates to an anti-aging polyvinyl chloride (PVC) network cable and its preparation method, belonging to the field of cable material processing technology. The invention modifies PVC to obtain silicone-modified PVC and PVC as the base material, adds anti-aging additives, and also incorporates antioxidants, plasticizers, ultraviolet absorbers, and flame retardants to obtain a mixture. After mixing the mixture, the molten rubber particles are conveyed to a mold through a twin-screw extruder for extrusion molding and cooling, resulting in an anti-aging PVC network cable. The advantages of this invention lie in the use of MQ silicone resin as an anti-aging additive supplemented by structural improvements. The well-developed network structure of MQ silicone resin further effectively enhances the anti-aging performance of PVC resin materials, thereby improving the anti-aging performance of the produced network cable, as well as its durability and lifespan.
