The material is continuously transported from the storage kettle, undergoes defoaming and pre-filtration, and then enters the final polymerization system. Before entering the final polymerization system, a UV absorber is added for blending modification. After spinning, water washing, oiling, drying, and densification treatment, UV aging-resistant fibers can be obtained. Due to the high viscosity of the PBO spinning solution, which is prone to clogging equipment and pipelines, the prepolymerization kettle, intermediate kettle, defoaming kettle, twin-screw extruder, and other equipment should be arranged compactly in spatial layout.
