This invention discloses an ultra-flexible itaconic anhydride-modified polybutadiene-modified polyolefin material, its preparation method, and applications. The ultra-flexible itaconic anhydride-modified polybutadiene-modified polyolefin material comprises itaconic anhydride-modified polybutadiene as the shell and polyolefin as the core. The preparation method includes: uniformly mixing polyolefin, itaconic anhydride-modified polybutadiene, a peroxide initiator, and an antioxidant, and then feeding the mixture into a twin-screw extruder for melt blending and extrusion. This invention uses graft modification of itaconic anhydride-modified polybutadiene with polyolefin to produce a core-shell structure with high itaconic anhydride-modified polybutadiene as the shell and polyolefin as the core, achieving excellent toughening effects while minimizing modulus loss. Simultaneously, the presence of itaconic anhydride functional groups and polyolefin functional groups effectively improves the interfacial compatibility between the polyolefin, nylon matrix, and filler components, effectively enhancing the mechanical properties of the material.
