This invention proposes a method for continuously preparing methacrylate epoxy resin, with the specific process as follows: A mixture of monomers and initiator is placed in a twin-screw extruder for polymerization. After the reaction is complete, unreacted monomers and initiator decomposition products are removed under negative pressure through a vacuum devolatilization port. The resulting product is then drawn, cooled, and granulated to obtain the final product. The monomers and initiator, in terms of mass fraction, include 10-40% glycidyl methacrylate, 20-55% methyl methacrylate, 5-40% hydroxyethyl methacrylate, and 0.5-5% initiator. The preparation process of this invention does not require the use of solvents, avoiding air VOC pollution problems. It has a short production cycle, with a polymerization time of only a few minutes, resulting in high production efficiency and significant social and economic benefits, with good prospects for industrialization.
