A conductive TPU material and its preparation method

This invention discloses a conductive TPU material and its preparation method. The raw materials of the conductive TPU material, in parts by weight, include: 100 parts of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, 5-20 parts of organic solvent, 0-2 parts of electrolyte, and 1-5 parts of conductive carbon material. The preparation method of the conductive TPU material includes: an optional step S1, dissolving the electrolyte in the organic solvent to obtain electrolyte A; step S2, adding the conductive carbon material to the organic solvent or electrolyte A, and uniformly dispersing it by high-speed stirring at 5000-10000 rpm followed by ultrasonic oscillation to obtain dispersion B; step S3, adding the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and dispersion B into a twin-screw extruder for melt reaction extrusion to obtain the conductive TPU material. The TPU material prepared by this invention has excellent conductive or even superconducting properties, with a surface resistivity as low as 104 Ω or even less than 10 Ω.
