The preparation method comprises the following steps: first modifying the hollow glass microspheres, then feeding glass fiber into a twin-screw extruder from a side feeding port, feeding the modified hollow glass microspheres into the twin-screw extruder from a side feeding port of the last zone according to weight ratio, mixing other components uniformly and feeding them into the twin-screw extruder from a main feeding port, and performing melt extrusion and granulation to obtain the low-density high-rigidity polyamide composite material.
