The preparation process of the low-temperature resistant and high-toughness PP/PE composite material comprises the following steps: preparing, in mass percentage, 60%-70% of PP, 30%-40% of LLDPE, 0.1%-0.5% of a lubricant, 2%-5% of a toughener and 1%-3% of EVA; pouring the raw materials PP and PE into preparation equipment M according to a designed ratio and stirring to mix uniformly; after uniform mixing, performing extrusion in a twin-screw extruder, water cooling and air drying, and granulating by a granulator matched with the extruder to prepare a blend. The prepared composite material has the characteristics of low temperature resistance and high strength, and is more tough, wear-resistant, anti-aging and has stronger low temperature resistance than PP materials at low temperatures.
