The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting SEBS and white oil into a mixer in sequence at room temperature, stirring and mixing uniformly to make SEBS fully absorb white oil; putting polypropylene, glass fiber, n-butyl phthalic anhydride, a stabilizer, an antioxidant and modified nano calcium carbonate into the mixer to mix with SEBS that has absorbed white oil, and stirring to mix uniformly to obtain a mixture; putting the mixture into the feeding port of a twin-screw extruder, and the material extruded from the discharge port of the twin-screw extruder is the injection-grade highly transparent TPE material. The injection-grade highly transparent TPE material of the invention has the advantage of improving the thermal stability of the TPE material.
