The preparation process of the present invention is simple, the raw materials are readily available, and industrial production is easy to realize. Compared with the melt grafting method, suspension polymerization method or solution polymerization method in the prior art, the present invention can prepare a polymer with high glycidyl methacrylate content using a twin-screw extruder.
