A recycled high thermal conductivity rubber and its preparation method

The present invention provides a recycled high thermal conductivity rubber and a preparation method thereof, comprising the following steps: freezing waste tire rubber by a low-temperature crushing method and performing mechanical crushing; removing steel wires with a magnet and removing fabrics by suction to obtain crude rubber particles; desulfurizing the crude rubber particles by a co-rotating twin-screw extruder equipped with an ultrasonic generator to obtain desulfurized rubber; thin-passing the desulfurized rubber on a two-roll open mill; sequentially adding nano-zinc oxide, a high thermal conductivity filler and stearic acid for mixing and passing through the rolls; adding N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolesulfenamide and sulfur until uniform mixing to obtain a mixed rubber compound; and placing the mixed rubber compound and then vulcanizing it on a flat vulcanizing machine. In the present invention, high thermal conductivity particles are used to enhance the thermal conductivity of rubber. The high thermal conductivity particles use 30 PPI organic foam as a template to prepare a framework with a three-dimensional network structure, and hexagonal boron nitride adheres to the framework of the three-dimensional network structure to form thermal conductivity channels, thereby improving the thermal conductivity of the rubber material.
