The present invention discloses a modified masterbatch with high weather resistance, comprising the following raw materials by mass: 90–110 parts of ABS resin, 30–50 parts of a lignin-calcium carbonate composite material, and 10–25 parts of hindered amine-grafted SBS. The lignin-calcium carbonate composite material is prepared from alkali lignin, calcium chloride and potassium carbonate, and the hindered amine-grafted SBS is obtained by covalent grafting of maleic anhydride-grafted SBS and 4-amino-1,2,2,6,6-pentamethylpiperidine. The preparation method is as follows: weighing ABS resin, lignin-calcium carbonate composite material and hindered amine-grafted SBS according to the formula ratio, mixing in a mixer for 10 min, and then adding to a twin-screw extruder for pelletization. The modified masterbatch with high weather resistance obtained by the present invention not only has a simple preparation method, but also has good weather resistance and mechanical properties.
