The preparation method of the micro-crosslinked impact-resistant polypropylene composite material comprises the following steps: preparing a modifying additive; pre-mixing polypropylene, initiator, sulfur and modifying additive in a high-speed mixer, then performing melt mixing, extrusion and pelletization through a twin-screw extruder to obtain the micro-crosslinked impact-resistant polypropylene composite material. The preparation method of the present invention is simple, and solves the technical problem of simultaneously improving the mechanical properties and impact resistance of the polypropylene composite material.
