The present invention relates to the technical field of natural rubber production, and provides a natural latex flocculation method, comprising: S1, adding an amino aqueous silane flocculant into natural latex; S2, adding the flocculated natural latex into a twin-screw extruder for dehydration to form a gel block with a moisture content lower than 15%; S3, soaking and cleaning the gel block with deionized water; S4, sequentially placing the gel block in a creping machine and an oven for dehydration and drying respectively to form a gel block with a moisture content lower than 8‰; S5, tabletting the gel block through an open mill to form natural rubber dry rubber. In the present invention, an amino aqueous silane containing amino functional groups is added into natural latex. The amino aqueous silane can react with lower fatty acids to form salts, cause protein denaturation, reduce hydration degree and decrease the colloidal stability of latex. The process for preparing natural dry rubber in the present invention has low equipment requirements, mild reaction conditions, convenient operation and high flocculation efficiency.
