In the present invention, an amino aqueous silane containing amino functional groups is added into natural latex. The amino aqueous silane can react with lower fatty acids to form salts, cause protein denaturation, reduce hydration degree and decrease the colloidal stability of latex. The process for preparing natural dry rubber in the present invention has low equipment requirements, mild reaction conditions, convenient operation and high flocculation efficiency.
