The present invention discloses a preparation method of a polyamide 66 (PA66) material, comprising the following steps: placing modified polypropylene fibers, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), auxiliaries and PA66 resin into a high-speed mixer and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixed material; mixing the mixed material obtained in the previous step with a dispersant uniformly again, then placing the mixture into a twin-screw extruder for extrusion and pelletization to obtain the PA66 material. By adding modified polypropylene fibers, PTFE and auxiliaries and through reasonable compounding, the prepared PA66 material has excellent tensile properties, thermal stability and acid and alkali resistance, and is very suitable for application in the field of chemical equipment.
