An Itaconic Anhydride-Grafted Polyethylene Bonding Resin Masterbatch and Its Preparation Method

The present invention relates to an itaconic anhydride grafted polyethylene adhesive resin masterbatch with high grafting rate and low crosslinking, a preparation method and application thereof. The itaconic anhydride grafted polyethylene adhesive resin masterbatch is prepared by reactive extrusion of polyethylene, itaconic anhydride, synergist and peroxide initiator through a twin-screw extruder. While using itaconic anhydride as a grafting monomer for polyethylene, a small amount of acrylate monomer is added as a synergist to improve the grafting rate of itaconic anhydride and inhibit the crosslinking reaction during grafting, so that the finally prepared itaconic anhydride grafted polyethylene adhesive resin masterbatch has the characteristics of high grafting rate and low crosslinking degree. When applied to polyethylene/nylon 6 composite films, the adhesive strength reaches more than 70 N/25mm without causing gel spots and fish eyes.
