The present invention discloses a corrosion-resistant high-voltage connector, which adopts a corrosion-resistant polyphenylene sulfide-based composite as the shell. The preparation method of the polyphenylene sulfide-based composite comprises: preparing solid-phase powder; preparing coated powder; performing surface modification to obtain filler; drying polyphenylene sulfide powder, then uniformly mixing with the filler to form a mixed powder, blending and extruding the mixed powder by a twin-screw extruder, water-cooling the extruded material and pelletizing, and injecting the pellets into an injection molding machine for molding to obtain the polyphenylene sulfide-based composite. The polyphenylene sulfide-based composite prepared by the method of the present invention has good strength and corrosion resistance. Using it to prepare the shell of a high-voltage connector greatly improves the durability of the high-voltage connector and reduces maintenance costs.
