The present invention relates to a polylactic acid-polyhydroxyalkanoate-based degradable composite and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of biodegradable materials. The composite is prepared by the following steps: combining a ternary flame retardant with lignin to obtain a composite; combining the composite with vegetable oil to obtain a reinforced modifier; mixing polylactic acid, polyhydroxyalkanoate, reinforced modifier, antioxidant and lubricant, adding the mixture into a twin-screw extruder, melt-blending and extruding, water-cooling and pelletizing, and drying to obtain the polylactic acid-polyhydroxyalkanoate-based degradable composite. In the technical scheme of the present invention, combining lignin with a ternary flame retardant not only toughens polylactic acid but also improves its mechanical properties and UV resistance. Combining the composite with vegetable oil improves the compatibility between the composite and polylactic acid/polyhydroxyalkanoate, enhances the plasticity and toughness of polylactic acid, and reduces production costs.
