Embodiments of the present invention relate to fluorine-modified natural rubber as well as its preparation method and application, belonging to the technical field of natural rubber. The fluorine-modified natural rubber includes (by weight): 100 parts of natural rubber, 10~50 parts of fluorinated acrylate monomer, 0~30 parts of styrene comonomer, and 0.4~0.8 parts of oxidative initiator. Based on in-situ reactive extrusion technology, fluorine-modified natural rubber is synthesized by melt extrusion in a twin-screw extruder. Highly electronegative fluoroalkyl side chains are introduced onto the molecular main chain, followed by vulcanization. Due to the surface enrichment tendency of fluoropolymers, an isolation and shielding layer is formed on the rubber molecular chain. Meanwhile, surface migration of fluoropolymers realizes surface enrichment, significantly improving the hydrophobicity and ozone aging resistance of natural rubber.
