The invention relates to alloy materials and provides a preparation method of HDPE/SEBS polymer alloy. Raw materials consist of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer (SEBS). The process steps: dry HDPE and SEBS separately; add 10‑14 wt% SEBS into HDPE base resin and mix uniformly; feed the blend into a twin-screw extruder for melt blending, extrusion and granulation, then mold into finished alloy products. The single addition of SEBS reduces the grain size of HDPE, decreases crystallization and melting temperature, lowers processing temperature and optimizes operating conditions.
