The invention discloses a high-stability polylactic acid wave-absorbing fiber and its preparation method, belonging to textile technology. Using polylactic acid as matrix resin and carbonyl iron powder as wave-absorbing filler, the fiber precursor is prepared by melt spinning in a twin-screw extruder, then drawn to obtain wave-absorbing fibers with a diameter of 30~50 μm. The process is simple and efficient, requiring no additional sizing equipment, organic solvents or special fiber structural design. Conventional spinning assemblies and spinnerets are applicable. The fiber exhibits excellent electromagnetic wave absorption performance within 2~18 GHz, and is widely used in civil and military fields to protect human health and electronic equipment stability.
