The present invention belongs to the field of functional masterbatches, relating to an organic polymer particle anti-blocking masterbatch and its preparation method and application. The preparation method of the organic polymer particle anti-blocking masterbatch is as follows: pre-dispersing resin powder, organic microsphere powder and additives are pre-mixed to obtain a pre-mixed powder; the pre-mixed powder and carrier resin particles are fed into a twin-screw extruder from different feeding ports for melt blending to obtain the organic polymer particle anti-blocking masterbatch. For application, the prepared organic polymer particle anti-blocking masterbatch and other raw materials are used to prepare polyester functional films via multi-layer co-extrusion technology. During extrusion processing of the organic polymer particle anti-blocking masterbatch, the organic microsphere powder achieves better dispersion. The polyester functional film prepared with the masterbatch achieves efficient anti-blocking effect while providing superior optical properties, especially suitable for high-transparency, high-gloss BOPET films.
