The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing 70-88% of polylactic acid, 10-20% of tannin and 2-10% of tannin grafted polylactic acid in weight percentage; mixing polylactic acid, tannin and tannin grafted polylactic acid uniformly, adding into a twin-screw extruder to perform melt blending, extrusion granulation and vacuum drying at a certain heating temperature and conditions to obtain the bioactive polylactic acid/tannin composite material. Tannin grafted polylactic acid is prepared by bulk polymerization and added as a compatibilizer into the mixed system of polylactic acid and tannin, which promotes the dispersion and compatibility of tannin in the polylactic acid matrix and ensures the stability of the mechanical properties of the composite material.
