A biodegradable composite material resistant to UV and humid heat aging and its preparation method are disclosed. The raw materials include: 30-90 parts of biodegradable resin; 0.1-2 parts of coupling agent; 0.1-2 parts of lubricant; 0.1-5 parts of compatibilizer; 0.2-1 part of antioxidant; 0.1-1 part of anti-hydrolysis agent; 0.1-1 part of anti-UV agent; and 1-20 parts of nanofiller. The preparation method includes: surface treating the nanofiller with a coupling agent, and then loading the anti-hydrolysis agent and anti-UV agent onto the surface; uniformly mixing the treated core-shell structured nano-silica with biodegradable resin particles, lubricant, compatibilizer, and antioxidant; then melting and extruding in a twin-screw extruder, followed by cooling and granulation. Compared with the existing technology, the present invention can control the maximum lifespan of the biodegradable material in extreme environments, and does not produce substances that affect the environment during the biodegradation process.
