It comprises the following materials by weight: High-temperature nylon 30–65 parts; Glass fiber 15–45 parts; Brominated polystyrene 14–25 parts; Zinc borate 3–8 parts; Calcium laurate 0.2–1.5 parts; 2,3-Diphenylindole 0.3–3 parts; Processing aids 0.1–2 parts. This flame-retardant reinforced nylon material is prepared using existing twin-screw extrusion equipment. In this invention, the introduction of calcium laurate and 2,3-diphenylindole composite additives endows the flame-retardant reinforced high-temperature nylon material with excellent mechanical properties, flame-retardant performance, and processability. Furthermore, the material exhibits high mechanical property retention after multiple cycles of processing.
