The present invention discloses a fully degradable spunbond nonwoven material and a preparation method thereof. It is made from the following raw materials in parts by weight through a twin-screw extruder: 700–900 parts of PBAT, 5–10 parts of compatibilizer, 2–5 parts of nucleating agent, 1–5 parts of dispersant and 1–2 parts of antioxidant; wherein the nucleating agent is sodium benzoate, and the compatibilizer is a compound of epoxidized soybean oil and polyethylene wax. The material meets the requirements of nonwoven standards, is fully degradable without environmental pollution, reduces carbon emissions, and complies with national food safety standards.
