This invention proposes a high-impact, high-tensile PVC material and its preparation method. The high-impact, high-tensile PVC material comprises the following components by weight: 50-70 parts of PVC resin, 15-25 parts of toughening agent; wherein the toughening agent is composed of ABS high-rubber powder and CPE, with a mass ratio of ABS high-rubber powder to CPE of 8:2 to 6:4. It also includes 0.5-2.0 parts of lubricant, 1.5-3 parts of stabilizer, 0.5-2 parts of processing aid, and 5-20 parts of filler. The above raw materials are weighed and mixed evenly to obtain a mixture. The mixture is added to a conical twin-screw extruder, melted and extruded, granulated and cooled to obtain the target product of this invention. The high-impact, high-tensile PVC material of this invention has excellent mechanical properties such as outstanding impact strength, tensile strength, and tensile elongation at break, as well as chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and flame retardancy. It can be applied to plastic profiles requiring high impact and high tensile strength.
